At Grace & Truth World Outreach Church, we are blessed with visionary leaders who embody the heart of Christ through their wisdom, humility, and steadfast service. Our pastors and elders guide the congregation in spiritual growth, teaching, and discipleship — helping believers mature in faith and live out the truth of God’s Word in every area of life. Pastors Cathy and Bruce Richardson are anointed shepherds who feed their flock with knowledge and understanding according to the word of God.

Pastor Cathy is a native of Mississippi. She rededicated her life to Christ on December 1, 1980, on the campus of Mississippi Valley State University. She graduated from MVSU in 1984 and moved to Saint Louis, Missouri where she started a career working for the Department of Defense. She is a teacher, preacher, author, song writer, mentor and possesses the wisdom of Solomon that can only come from the Father. Pastor Cathy loves the Lord with all of her heart, mind, soul, and strength. Her desire is to please the Lord in all things, and to be ready when he returns.

Pastor Bruce Richardson is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and grew up in Los Angeles, California. He is one of the Founders and serves as Co-Pastor, Prophet, and Senior Evangelist of Grace & Truth World Outreach Church in Harvest, Alabama.  He also has an apostolic calling and gift.He was ordained in 1988 and was officially launched into ministry as one of the overseers and pastors of True Word Body of Christ Fellowship Church (St. Louis, MO) in the same year.  In 2024, Pastor Bruce was led to start the Prophetic Mantle Ministry, School of the Prophets.  Through this ministry he trains and equips others that are called to the office of prophet and those who operate in the prophetic ministry.Pastor Bruce is a 2014 graduate of the Exodus School of the Bible, Cleveland, Mississippi.  He received a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies.  Bruce is a devoted husband of 1, father of 3 and grandfather of 2. He and Pastor Cathy have been married for 39 years and counting.

Our Story

This anointed duo has been working in ministry together since they met and married in 1985.  They were ordained in 1988 and started True Word Body of Christ Fellowship Church in Saint Louis, Missouri. The Lord led the Richardsons to relocate to Huntsville, Alabama in 1997 and to launch their second ministry, Grace & Truth World Outreach Church. They have three children (Roderick, Shekinah, and Joy) and two grand blessings (Madison and Judah). They humbly submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit and purpose in their hearts to give the Lord Jesus Christ all the glory for all that He has done, doing and will do.

Council of Elders Ministry

The Council of Elders Ministry provides vital church leadership support to the Pastors and the congregation of Grace & Truth. These senior ministers are licensed, trained and ordained according to Titus 1:5.  As assigned and prayerfully appointed, the Elders serve as ministry leaders, department heads and administrative support for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry and the edifying of the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12). They are part of the five-fold ministry to the Body of Christ; gifted by the Lord as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.  The Elders are spiritually matured, well-trained, and deeply committed to using their God-given gifts and talents to serve faithfully in carrying out the great commission and the mission of Grace & Truth. Together, they lead with wisdom, humility, and a shared vision to impact lives and glorify God through every act of service.The Elders are hard-working, humble servants who are growing in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  They are teachers, yet teachable; they are leaders, yet leadable.   The Elders are rooted and grounded in the Word of God and are deeply committed to serving both the local church and their community through various in-house and outreach ministries.  Grace & Truth is blessed to have these mighty men and women of God serving alongside our Pastors.
